Chef Scott Wise was born and raised in Miami, FL. He graduated from Johnson and Wales Culinary School. After graduation, Scott spent a number of years on Miami Beach, working at The Ritz Carlton, The Setai, The Victor Hotel, Tuscan Steak House and Nobu.
He later moved to Atlanta, where he worked at BLT Steak at the W Hotel and several large catering firms. Scott’s time in Atlanta ultimate led to an eight-month training period in France, where he studied at Le Calabash Petit Conservatoire de la Cuisine with Michelin Chef Sidney Bond and Chef Alison Bond. Under Chef Bond’s guidance and direction, Scott honed his culinary craft, as well as his pastry skills.
In 2013, Scott returned to Miami to open Scott’s Bistro, which hosts both a dine-in restaurant and a takeaway service.Scott’s Bistro also runs a professional catering company and would welcome the opportunity to create fabulous menus for your next corporate or personal event.
